As a Legal Consultant for HR and Employment matters, you will provide legal expertise, ensuring compliance and supporting the organization's objectives. This temporary role is based in Geneva and requires a professional with a strong understanding of employment laws and HR policies, especially with the ILOAT jurisdiction.Legal HR consultant - 1 year assignmentOur client is an international oranization.DescriptionAdvise and support on all employment law and HR-related matters to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Review and draft employment/HR, policies, rules and procedures and other legal documents.Provide guidance on labor law and employment regulations in the region.Support HR teams with employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.Analyze and interpret legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal and HR practices with organizational goals.Review emplyoment-related grievances, requests for resolutions and other internal appeals and cases in front of UN jurisdictions.ProfileA degree in law.At least 5 years of relevant experience, in an international organization or legal department of a private or public organization.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies under the ILOAT jurisdiction.Proven ability to provide legal and HR guidance effectively.Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and policies.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Job OfferA 12-month temporary opportunity to contribute to impactful workHome office policy : 2-days/week jid210de2eait jit1147ait jpiy25ait
