Global Head of Information

We are a family business and support our customers globally with our solutions and services. Apart from our headquarters in Switzerland, we are present at several locations in Europe, Asia, and America.

Actually, we are in the process of establishing a globally standardized process landscape within our Group, linked to a modern ICT landscape with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.

Your responsibility:
- As the Global Head of ICT, you are responsible for the IT strategy of the Group worldwide, and you lead the ICT department in terms of personnel, expertise, and finances.
- You are the architect of our digital transformation by implementing modern IT systems together with your team and professional partners.
- You are responsible for a modern and efficient ICT infrastructure, a high level of IT security, and high availability of our business applications.
- You coordinate the business requirements and our IT projects with your team, business partners, and our subsidiaries.
- You are the change manager for the transition of our key IT systems worldwide.
- Developing and refining of training and communication measures.

Your knowledge and experience:
- Completed degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
- Several years of professional experience in leading an ICT department, ideally in a global enterprise.
- Empathetic leader with strong values
- Independent and analytical work approach combined with strategic skills, open communication, and entrepreneurship.
- Methodological expertise and knowledge about ICT strategies and infrastructure, data management, and business applications.
- Relevant responsibility in the implementation of software systems like ERP or CRM.
- Excellent skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
