Nous recherchons un Directeur IT compétent et motivé pour rejoindre l'équipe et gérer le système d'information de plusieurs établissements de santé à Genève principalement.

Notre client est un groupe reconnu du secteur hospitalier dans la région de Romandie.

Missions

  • Management d'équipe : Superviser et diriger une équipe locale en charge de l'infrastructure informatique, en assurant la coordination efficace des activités quotidiennes et en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant.
  • Gestion de projets applicatifs : Piloter d'importants projets, tels que la mise en place du dossier patient électronique et la migration des applications vers des solutions centralisées. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes centrales de l'IT pour garantir le succès de ces initiatives.
  • Gestion de l'infrastructure IT : Assurer la gestion et la maintenance de l'infrastructure informatique de l'hôpital, en garantissant la disponibilité, la sécurité et la performance des systèmes et des réseaux au travers de la coordination des équipes.
  • Relations institutionnelles : Assurer la liaison avec les différentes entités hospitalières pour répondre à leurs besoins en matière de technologies de l'information. Établir et entretenir des partenariats stratégiques à tous les niveaux de gestion.
  • Conseil stratégique : Fournir des conseils avisés sur les projets clés, adapter des solutions à des défis complexes et participer activement à l'élaboration de nouvelles initiatives numériques pour améliorer les soins de santé.
  • Gestion financière : Superviser le budget alloué aux technologies de l'information, en veillant à une allocation efficace des ressources et au respect des objectifs financiers fixés par l'organisation.
  • Optimisation des processus : Travailler à l'optimisation et à la standardisation des processus, ainsi qu'à la centralisation des applications et des services informatiques pour garantir une efficacité opérationnelle maximale.
  • Recrutement et développement du personnel : Diriger le processus de recrutement, former et encadrer les membres de l'équipe IT, en favorisant leur développement professionnel et en cultivant un esprit d'excellence et d'innovation.

Profil du candidat

  • Expérience significative dans un rôle de leadership en tant que Directeur IT ou dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur hospitalier ou de la santé, un plus.
  • Solide expertise en gestion de projets IT, avec une expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets complexes et de grande envergure.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des parties prenantes variées à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise des enjeux financiers liés aux technologies de l'information, ainsi que la capacité à élaborer et à suivre des budgets.
  • Orienté résultats, avec une forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à prendre des décisions stratégiques et à mener des initiatives de changement avec succès.
  • Français et anglais requis
