About Our Client Our client is an industrial company based on la Côte. Job Description Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters Oversee payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives Collaborate with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, legal advisors, training providers) Maintain accurate HR records and reporting Drive HR process improvements and contribute to organizational culture and engagement The Successful Applicant Proven experience in HR operations, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in French and German or Swiss German Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities HR certification or relevant academic background preferred What's on Offer Full time role.
