As they continue to scale internationally, they are looking for a Senior Specialist to join their Global Operations Enablement team.DescriptionAs a Senior Process & Project Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, driving process improvements, supporting ERP/CRM systems (D365 and Salesforce), and ensuring operational excellence across regions and functions.Own and continuously improve the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring alignment across systems, regions, and sales channelsLead process documentation efforts including SOPs, process flows, data mappings, and regression testingManage O2C improvement projects from scoping to delivery, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, and success trackingAnalyze customer and operational data to identify pain points and drive customer-centric process enhancementsAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless system implementations and process alignmentSupport ERP and CRM transformation initiatives, particularly around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce ProfileYou bring a strong mix of project management, ERP/CRM systems knowledge, and process improvement experience, ideally within a fast-paced, global environment.Proven experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or similar operational process ownershipHands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SalesforceStrong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiativesProficiency in process mapping, documentation, and optimization ( BPMN, SOPs, Lean, Six Sigma)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentFluent in English; additional languages are a plus Job OfferJoin a high-growth, purpose-driven company with a global footprintWork in a collaborative, innovative, and design-led environmentOpportunity to shape and scale global operations processes jid21b43a3ait jit1146ait jpiy25ait
