Adcubum is a leading provider of insurance software for health, accident, and property and cas-ualty insurance. Adcubum’s software supports all core processes of insurers from creating new insurance products, over quotation and contracting to claims processing and reinsurance. As such, Adcubum’s Syrius platform is the backbone of insurance companies. Counting ten of Switzerland’s biggest health insurers among our customers, we are clearly lead-ing the Swiss health core insurance software space. Moreover, we have launched the develop-ment of a P&C product in the German market together with a top-tier German client. The Adcubum group is backed by renown venture capital fund TA Associates. With their invest-ment in December 2021, Adcubum also acquired German P&C core insurance start-up Tech11.
The Adcubum group counts approx. 500 employees in Switzerland, Germany and Croatia.

Der Job Adcubum’s future strategy contains leveraging its Swiss health market position by creating new business models and platforms around it as well as expanding our footprint in the German P&C market. Part of this strategy is to support modern, cloud-based operations scenarios that will give us the strategic option to offer our products as a service. As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful implementation of Adcubum’s Core Insurance Product, Syrius.
In this role you will be part of the project management team. You will be in regular contact with various Adcubum's Executive board members, direct interfacing with our key clients and their CXOs . Planning and Project Management to successfully introduce Adcubum SYRIUS to our customers Commercial responsibility for complex project implementations including risk management Supporting the customer throughout the entire program life cycle Collaborating closely with the development units to monitor and deliver extensions as well change request to the customers

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT field Several years of experience in project management, especially in software implementations Working experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance terminology and processes Confident demeanor with customers and negotiating skills in demanding situations Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility Able to inspire and form a powerful project team by promoting a collaborative atmosphere and visioning the solutions above the potential blocking points Promotes collaboration, resolves conflicts, removes obstacles to teamwork, deploys employees according to their abilities You are German speaker and also fluent in English Location: Zurich or St. Gallen Travelling to clients on a regular basis
