International Mobility AdministratorITX advises international organisations on Global Mobility Matters.We provide a unique offer from "on request studies" to "full operational solutions"We achieve the simplification of expatriation programs and a better cost control in full compliance with regulationsIn order to strengthen our current team, ITX is looking to hire the position ofInternational Mobility AdministratorWith an immediate start dateThe job in itself- Ensure the administrative management of an international expatriate population for our clients- Manage international expatriate payroll (arrivals, departures, and transfers, fixed and variable elements)- Complete compensation calculations (initial package, package reviews, multi-currency)- Prepare all contractual documents and expatriate conditions- Manage all obligatory and/or international insurance and benefits coveragesWhat we expect from our applicants- A strong capacity for autonomy, whilst being completely integrated within a team- Professionalism, discretion and client service oriented- Ability to work under pressure AND respect stringent deadlines- Proven relational competency combined with a natural talent for effective communicationWhat we are offering- Responsibility for direct management of international executives- Team-work within a professional and highly dynamic environment- A certain amount of flexibility to organize your workload- Exceptional compensation and benefits packageWhich profile we require- Swiss Certificate of Assistant in Personnel Management (or equivalent)- Minimum 2 years of Swiss payroll management experience; ideally with exposure to international mobility- Several years’ experience in HR administrative management, including social insurance and Swiss labour law (international deployments / coordination a plus).- Highly developed analytical and organisational capacities- Fully proficient in all common IT tools; expert knowledge of Excel will be a plus- Advanced level English (minimum B2); fluency in both English and French will be preferred- Rapidly availableIf you recognize yourself in this profile ITX will be happy to receive a complete application on the JobUp website (CV, references, work certificates and qualifications).
