Gestion des processus d'entrée et de sortie des collaborateurs : rédaction des contrats de travail et des courriers de sortie, transmission des documents y relatifs, constitution et mise à jour des dossiers personnels. Suivi administratif du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, préparation des avenants, certificats de travail et attestations diversesParticipation au traitement des salaires (transmission des données fixes et variables) Coordination avec les employés ainsi qu'avec nos prestataires externes pour le suivi des déclarations maladies et accidents, des allocations familiales, des allocations maternités et paternités ainsi que des permis de travailMise à jour des données des collaborateurs dans le SIRHSupport à la gestion de l'enregistrement du temps de travail et des absences Mise à jour du site intranet RH, suivi des factures RH et établissement de statistiques
PROFIL ATTENDU
Certificat de d'assistant/e en gestion du personnel ou équivalentExpérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, y compris dans la gestion des salaires Parfaite maîtrise du français et bonnes connaissances d'anglaisBonne connaissance de la loi sur le travail Suisse. Connaissance de la CCT horlogère un atout. Parfaites connaissances et aisance en informatique (environnement Windows), connaissances de l'environnement ABACUS un atout
