About Our Client For our client a discreet, family-owned office based in central Geneva, we are currently looking for a qualified accountant perfectly fluent in English. We value long-term commitment, precision, and adaptability. Job Description Responsabilities : Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple family-owned entities Lead financial accounting and audit preparation across jurisdictions Oversee cash management and maintain relationships with banks and external advisors Support operational activities including property maintenance and rentals Produce weekly reports on cash, assets, and operations Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for the principal Maintain and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems Assist with asset management (real estate, personal assets, insurance, tax) Identify and monitor financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks Participate in compliance-related matters and regulatory updates The Successful Applicant Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience Exposure to tax, trust accounting, and compliance is a plus Experience in a family office environment is an advantage, but not essential Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), ideally with Big Four experience Active in Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to stay current with accounting standards and regulations Skills: High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Excellent multitasking and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexible, collaborative team player Discreet and capable of handling sensitive information Strong IT proficiency with ability to improve systems and processes Languages: Fluent in English (business and conversational) French is an asset What's on Offer A permanent contract in a fast growing family office
