About Our Client Our client is an international company. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to transversal initiatives that shape our people strategy. You will be part of a collaborative and agile environment where your ideas and proactivity are valued. Job Description HR Administration & Operations Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, contract management, offboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems. Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with external providers. Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies. Employee Support Act as the first point of contact for employee queries (leave, benefits, policies). Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in organizing training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR events. Transversal HR Projects Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives. Support the implementation of HR tools and systems. Participate in projects related to talent development, performance management, and well-being. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in transversal HR topics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in French, English, and German (written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS tools. What's on Offer A dynamic and international work environment.
