The position reports to the Group Head of Investment Support team in Neuchâtel. Other working relationships include all members of Group Operations, FO, Dealing and Treasury, Banking and various external business contacts (Financial institutions).OVERALL PURPOSEThe individuals will be responsible for executing instructions and various administrative tasks around investment management in an accurate way and by respecting appropriate deadlinesEmployé(e) de commerce - Investment Support OfficerPRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES Dealing of Single Hedge Funds and Private PlacementsManaging and executing instructions like corporate actions, proxy votes, conversions, capital calls and distributionsInputs prices and revaluations of assets in the systemsKeeping line by line clients investment accounting up to dateCollating KYC, FATCA and compliance documentation for fund administrators and other third partiesPreparing SWIFT payment instructionsInputting investment transactions and maintaining & updating records in our in house integrated database systemsReconciliation of dataQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEDiplôme de l’Ecole de Commerce, CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalentHEG – a real plusmin. 2 years’ experience in a Financial environmentSKILLSEnglish level equivalent to B2Good knowledge of MS officeKnowledge and understanding of Double Entry Bookkeeping and Multi-Currency accountingKnowledge and understanding of Financial ProductsUnderstand basic information re Trust and Company and the relationship between Trust and Company, Trustee and BeneficiariesCOMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURSCommunication Skills: Communicate openly, clearly and conciselyTeamwork: Support & work towards team goalsTeamwork: Share information, is helpful & co-operativePlanning and Organizing: Manage time effectively, is able to prioritizePlanning and Organizing: Schedule & manage workload effectivelyYou are requested to submit your resume in English. jiddd1d55cait jit1146ait jpiy25ait
