Aufgaben:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Einstellung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Recruiter
  • Du führst selbstständig Gespräche mit potenziellen Kandidaten
  • Du hilfst mit beim Aufbau und Pflege vom Kandidatenpool
  • Du arbeitest in dieser Rolle mit den Account Managern sowie dem Senior Recruiter zusammen und führst auch Endkundengespräche
  • Du gewährleistest eine positive Candidate Experience während des gesamten Prozesses
