YOUR MISSIONS

You are responsible for the commercial attractiveness of web platforms (Site + Apps) and you grant the application of the highest standards in terms of functionalities, UX, aesthetics.

As an Online Merchandiser, your mission is to ensure a cohesive and engaging online shopping experience from the Home Page to the checkout stage. By overseeing the entire commercial animation process, you aim to provide a 360-degree vision of the online customer journey. Your role involves managing the commercial calendar for e-commerce operations content, aligning it with United Campaigns, the OMNI Swiss Plan, and various e-commerce activations. You select key messages and target audiences, provide comprehensive briefs to the communication team for asset creation, and coordinate with the CRM team to ensure seamless alignment between on-site communications, email campaigns, and push notifications.

You work in the Commercial Web Animation team and your first KPIs is web conversion rates and outstore turnover.

  • You grant that the Marketing Comm strategies (Brand Guidelines, Commercial Events, etc...) are applied on web platforms with the highest web standards and best practices.
  • You grant the right sport seasonalities defined by Dirco/DSL are correctly reflected all over the web platforms, on the most adapted zones and with the right formats.
  • You define the merchandising strategies and guidelines for the various zones of the web platforms and you ensure that they are observed by teams working on web platforms, on each sport boutique.
  • You define the best web UX journeys, form the entries into web boutique, until check out, and you deploy (by yourself or with workgroups) the assets (pages, zones or functionalities) needed to optimize the journeys.
  • You manage the follow up of web animation plan which is strongly connected (and dependent) to DirCo in terms of Opeco and focus sports, and to MarCom (in terms of Marketing guideline).
  • You deploy MarCom material throughout all the web platforms, with the right formats, applying the best web UX design standards.
  • You plan personalized "only web" animations, "on top" to OMNI commercial plan to animate, by instance, specific customer clusters.
  • Together with DSL (category managers), you analyze the results of commercial operations on the web.
  • You prepare kits of AGILE web animations to react to contextual events, when needed.
  • You define the web personalisation strategy (when, where, how, who) together with CRM team (for the customer targets) and Engineering (for the technical tools).
  • You work in strict contact with the engineering team to develop new UX technical assets from one side, and to ensure the optimal utilization of the tech assets and composants to get the highest benefit.
Profil

PROFILE

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are enthusiastic about the company's mission.
  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience in key Web UX, Web animation, or Web Mastering roles, preferably within the e-commerce retail sector.
  • You know how to engage Swiss customers with a web platform, whether for shopping, inspiration, or product consultation.
  • You are comfortable with UX and design tools.
  • You smile, and you see every change as an opportunity to progress by systematically finding solutions.
  • You thrive on challenges, have a strong desire to learn, and possess excellent teamwork skills.
  • You exhibit a high degree of adaptability to facilitate the success of your initiatives.
  • You are proficient in web analytical tools and adept at interpreting data to make decisions.

  • You fluently speak French or German, and English.
