Dans le Groupe Straumann, nous développons, fabriquons et fournissons des implants dentaires, des gouttières transparentes, des instruments, des prothèses CADCAM et des biomatériaux destinés à la dentisterie esthétique, aux solutions de remplacement et de restauration des dents ou à la prévention de la perte des dents. Nos sites de production de Villeret et Corgémont emploient plus de 900 collaborateurs.

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous cherchons pour notre unité de production plusieurs personnes qualifiées pour le poste d'Opérateur CNC.

Description du poste

  • Préparer la mise en train des machines
  • Conduire une ou plusieurs machines CNC. Assurer le bon déroulement de la fabrication de la série en vérifiant les éléments suivants et compléter au fur et à mesure les différents documents de suivi
  • Assurer la production des produits en conformité des normes qualité
  • Assurer la sécurité et l'hygiène de travail
  • Notifier à la fin de chaque équipe, les points principaux et importants que l'équipier suivant devra prendre en compte pour assurer un bon enchaînement du travail : Noter et signaler toutes modifications, tous écarts ou dysfonctionnements au responsable hiérarchique.
  • Encourager le travail d équipe et l entraide
  • Respecter les priorités et les délais de livraison

Qualifications

  • Formation mécanicien, mécanicien-décolleteur ou décolleteur, ou niveau équivalent.
  • Plusieurs années de pratique dans le domaine de l usinage. Connaître l'utilisation courante des commandes CNC, les principales fonctions, les relations courantes entre dessins et programmes, etc.
  • Connaissances des décolleteuses Traub, Citizen et Tornos Swissnano, un plus
  • Avoir un niveau confirmé dans l utilisation des appareils de mesure et des outils coupants
  • Être prêt à travailler en horaire d équipe 2x8 alterné avec début d'activité à 05h00 et à 13h15.
  • Flexibilité à s engager à réaliser des heures supplémentaires lorsque la charge de travail l exige et adapter son horaire selon besoin.
  • Sens des responsabilités, polyvalence, faire preuve d engagement, facilité d adaptation et ouverte au changement
  • Bénéficier d une excellente conscience professionnelle, être capable de communiquer et de collaborer en groupe
