  • Du führst und betreust den Agile Master Hub des Sektors, entwickelst diesen weiter und stellst sicher, dass der Hub aktiv zur Umsetzung der Strategie von der AXA Schweiz mit Fokus auf deinen Sektor beiträgt
  • Zusammen mit deinem Agile Master Team entwickelst du Massnahmen zur Erreichung der ambitionierten Ziele deines Sektors
  • Du wirkst als Facilitator, Mentor und Servant Leader von Produktteams und förderst deren Entwicklung hin zu High-Performing Teams
  • Du verantwortest den Impediment Prozess der Produktteams und sorgst für Transparenz in den Teams und im Zusammenspiel mit deren jeweiligem organisatorischen Umfeld
Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
  • Du hast ausgewiesene, mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umfeld der agilen Produktentwicklung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der agilen Vorgehensweisen mit Kanban
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Konfliktmanagement und in der Organisationsentwicklung
  • Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen und sozialen Fähigkeiten, Empathie und einem guten Gespür für Menschen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit mehrsprachigen und hybriden Teamsetups
