Our dedicated team in Geneva is looking for a temporary Library Assistant for three months. We seek bright, talented and motivated candidates, with a passion for law, close attention to detail, and a real desire to be part of a dynamic international environment. Reporting to the Library Committee, the Library Assistant will provide support to the entire firm.

Responsibilities will include:

• Cataloguing and conservation of digital documents (using Bibliomaker and iManage);
• Digitalisation of selected books or other documents;
• Magazine subscription renewals and conservation as well as access checks;
• Physical books and documents inventory;
• Information to the firm (new acquisitions, newsletters etc);
• Point of contact for all members of the firm for various requests such as sending copies of documents, scanning and printing articles as well as sending newsletters etc.

What we look for:

• In the process of studying or have recently completed studies of law;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service;
• Responsive, pro-active, with a strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
• Native or near-native level French and excellent written and oral English imperative; German language skills is a strong asset;
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
