Your roles and responibilities:
Independently maintain/use advanced technical equipmentWith coaching organise and carry out experiments independentlyUnderstand scientific background and objectives of their activitiesFormat results, and critically evaluate them for discussion at project/activity levelTransversal mobility between working areasLI/MP ownership and accordingly assistance end users for implementation and use with some coaching by specialist/expertTechnical reviewing of existing LICoach apprentices and studentsTransversal technical mobility between working areas Microbiology, such as: Handling of pathogenic bacteriaHandling of spoilage organisms (moulds)Preparation of culture mediaGrowing microbe culturesAseptic techniquesBiosafety awareness Laboratory: Physicochemical analysis (pH, aw, etc)Handling chemicalsGood practices and familiar with the use of lab equipment (e.g. Bioscreen, flowcytometry, HPLC)Planning experimentsqualifications What will make you successful: Good verbal and written communication in English, French is a big plusTeamwork spiritAttention to detailData recording and analysisGood organization For more details or questions, you can contact Laetitia STIRER
