Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will independently handle tasks related to personnel administration, social security, and salaries.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing of salaries
  • Work schedule management
  • Social security
  • Contract management
  • Other support activities for the HR operations team
  • Collaboration and support for specific HR projects
Requirements:
  • Completed professional apprenticeship (AFC)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluency in Italian (Native) and very good knowledge of German and French
  • Excellent written and oral skills in a second national language (German is a plus)
  • Affinity for digital work and ease of use of main applications
  • Knowledge of HR management systems and payroll processing (SAP HR is a plus)
  • Teamwork predisposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Dynamism and flexibility
