En quelques mots
Nous recherchons un ou une Business Analyst Finance pour l'un de nos clients dans le secteur bancaire.
Votre mission
- Définition et rédaction des spécifications et des besoins métier orientés dans le domaine de la finance, de la comptabilité et du reporting réglementaire
- Identification des besoins non couverts par les fournisseurs externes pour les entités Suisse et internationales
- Définition des processus opérationnels
- Etre le référent du besoin business de nos clients internes et être en charge de la définition et validation de sa conformité
- Etre le point d'entrée des échanges avec les fournisseurs et assurer la coordination avec les équipes métiers
Compétences Techniques:
- SAP pour les modules comptables, forecast travel & expenses, un atout
- Temenos Transact (T24), un atout.
- Microsoft Office (Excel,Word)
Votre profil
- Expérience de 5 à 7 ans en qualité de business analyst sur des projets d'envergure.
- Expérience dans le domaine bancaire lié au revenu (frais client / third party) ou à la comptabilité.
- Connaitre la plupart des domaines fonctionnelles d'une banque.
- De langue maternelle française avec d'excellentes compétences linguistiques en anglais (ou inversement).
- Proactif, responsable, et aimant relever des défis et des challenges.
- Capacité d'analyse et de vulgarisation du langage bancaire, grande capacité d'écoute et orienté client.
- Structuré, clair dans ses descriptions et esprit d'équipe développé
