Die Abteilung Legal, Risk & Compliance ist eine zentrale Schnittstelle im Unternehmen und unterstützt sämtliche Bereiche der Flughafen Zürich AG in Rechtsfragen. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und den verschiedenen Bereichen suchen wir in Rechtsangelegenheiten nach den bestmöglichen juristischen Lösungsansätzen für das Unternehmen.

Deine Jobdestination
  • Du berätst das Unternehmen in allen rechtlichen Belangen
  • Dank deiner umfangreichen Erfahrung bist du versiert im Verfassen und Überprüfen von Verträgen aller Art
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung von gerichtlichen und aussergerichtlichen Verfahren und koordinierst externe Anwälte im Bereich des privaten und öffentlichen Rechts
  • Du verfasst Gutachten und Stellungnahmen zu Fragen des Privat- und Öffentlichen Rechts sowie zu Gesetzesrevisionen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an verschiedenen bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und agierst als Ansprech- und Businesspartner für Rechtsfragen unserer Fachabteilungen
  • Teamarbeit ist dir wichtig und du tauscht dich gerne fachlich und persönlich mit dem Legal, Risk & Compliance Team aus
Deine Skills im Gepäck
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium mit Anwaltspatent
  • Idealerweise bringst du mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechtsdienst eines Unternehmens, in der Verwaltung oder in der Advokatur mit
  • Deine herausragenden Kenntnisse und nachweisliche Erfahrung im Vertragsrecht (insbesondere Mietrecht), im privaten und öffentlichen Baurecht sowie im Verfahrensrecht, gegebenenfalls auch im Beschaffungs-, Infrastruktur- und Umweltrecht, zeichnen dich aus
  • Du besitzt technisches Verständnis und Interesse an flugbetrieblichen Abläufen
  • Mühelos meisterst du vernetzte Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Recht und Politik
  • Versiert und stilsicher setzt du deine Muttersprache Deutsch ein und wendest gekonnt deine Englischkenntnisse an
