  • Du berätst die Linie bei der Klärung komplexer Compliance-Fragestellungen und trägst zur Entwicklung klarer Richtlinien bei

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in BWL, Rechtswissenschaften oder einer verwandten Disziplin oder den Wunsch, nach dem vierten Semester (oder höher) ein Praxissemester einzulegen
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und Arbeitsbelastungen effektiv zu priorisieren
  • Analytisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, um kritische Stimmen zu überzeugen und klare Entscheidungen zu vertreten
  • Einwandfreie Deutsch- und/oder Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
