Job Description

Für unser internes metallographisches Werkstoffprüfungslabor suchen wir eine/n qualifizierte/n und engagierten/n Labormitarbeiter/in.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Durchführung von metallographischen und werkstofftechnischen Prüfungen in moderner Laborumgebung
  • Mikroskopie mit Licht- und Stereomikroskopen inkl. Bildanalyse
  • Erstellung und Archivierung von Berichten
  • Härtemessung nach Vickers
  • Unterstützung des Präparations-Teams bei der Herstellung von metallographischen Proben
  • Kommunikation und Besprechung von Untersuchungsergebnissen mit dem Kunden

Qualifikation

  • Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer/Physiklaborant/Metallograph (-in)
  • Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Spezifikationen und technischen Anweisungen
  • Gute Erfahrung in der metallurgischen Beurteilung von Werkstoffen, idealerweise von thermischen Spritzschichten
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Lichtmikroskopen und anderen Laborgeräten
  • Erfahrungen in der Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (REM/SEM) von Vorteil
  • Allgemeine Kenntnisse der Präparation von metallographischen Proben
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • PC Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, SAP, Laborsoftware)
