Dein Wirkungsfeld
  • Disziplinarische und fachlich Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Konstruktionsteam sowie Kapazitätsplanung der Projekte
  • Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Konstruktion der mechanischen Komponenten, Baugruppen und Systeme der DW-Produktplatte als auch die dazugehörige Dokumentation
  • Durchführung von «Design-Checks» und Kontrolle von 2D/3D-CAD-Daten zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Erstellen von Modellen, Zeichnungen und Baugruppen in Solidworks
  • Erstellen/Pflege der dazugehörigen Konstruktionsstücklisten im PDM und ERP
  • PDM-Verantwortlicher bei DW
  • Übergeordneter Ansprechpartner für Projektleiter und Abstimmung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams System-technik, Industrial Engineering, Prototype Workshop und Testing/Homologation
Deine Pluspunkte
  • Hochschulabschluss (FH oder HF) in Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Systemtechnik
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Nutzfahrzeugen oder im automobilen Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit Risikoanalysen und FMEA's sind von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren
  • Teamplayer mit Hands-On Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Thermodynamik von Vorteil
