Was ist meine Funktion?
Du bist für die Kunden die erste Ansprechperson für alle ihre Anliegen. Du übernimmst selbstständig neue Mandate und integrierst die Immobilien-Portfolios auf der Plattform. Du unterstützt bei der Beschaffung aller notwendigen Daten und Informationen, damit die Objekte von den Netzwerk-Partnern optimal bewirtschaftet werden können. Du hilfst bei der Einrichtung der Plattform bei den Netzwerkpartnern. Du schulst und berätst die Kunden vor Ort auf der Plattform. Zudem bringst du dich aktiv mit eigenen Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung der Softwarelösung ein.
Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?
Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Profil E oder M). Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen in der Immobilienbranche, beispielsweise als Sachbearbeiter/-in in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung. Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und gute Kenntnisse in der MS Office-Palette. Du bist eine gewinnende, kommunikative und extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen. Selbstständiges, exaktes und ausdauerndes Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus. Du arbeitest kompetent, partnerschaftlich und ergebnisorientiert. Von Vorteil sind ein Führerausweis Kat. B und Englisch-Kenntnisse.
