Role Summary
As a Business Analyst at GFT, you will evaluate client requests, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate closely with IT and business teams to support the evolution and configuration of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Analysis Activities:
• Evaluate Requests: Assess the relevance of requests based on their added value for the company and formalize them effectively.
• Translate Needs: Convert business needs into technical specifications for solutions, in collaboration with IT and architecture teams.
• Document Requirements: Accurately document and consolidate needs and requirements.
• Effort Estimation: Participate in estimating the effort required for implementation.
• Support Testing: Assist and participate in functional and UAT test sessions to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Management and Coordination Activities:
• Lead Workshops: Prepare and lead workshops focused on capturing detailed requirements.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports on workshop outcomes to stakeholders.
• Active Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Experts, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth project execution.
Your Profile:
• Experience: At least 3 years as a Business Analyst with a technical focus in insurance.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of overall IT architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.).
• Expertise: Proficiency in Guidewire solutions and knowledge of .NET, Javascript, Cobol, and SQL.
• Language Skills: Native French speaker with proficiency in English (spoken and written, minimum level B2); knowledge of German is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Organized with keen attention to detail, proactive with a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills for effective interpersonal relationships.
