Du führst routine Produktionen nach vordefinierten Batch Protokollen (MBR) durch.Durchführung der DSP-Kernprozesse wie Chromatographie, Tangentialflussfiltration, Säulenpackung, Tiefenfiltration, Probenahme, Pufferherstellung, Equipment-Reinigung/-Vorbereitung usw. unter Einhaltung der GMP-Vorschriften.Unterstützung bei der Installation, Qualifikation und Validierung neuer GeräteUnterstützung bei der Erstellung von SOPs und Protokollen in enger Abstimmung mit einem Prozessingenieur oder dem Wissenschaftler / TeamleiterBestellung von RohstoffenBestellung von Materialien und Geräte aus dem internen Bestand (Facilities Management)Dokumentationsarbeit in Protokollen der ProduktionDu führst die SAP-Buchungen für Produktionsläufe durchDurchführung neuer Techniken und TestsInterne Organisation des Labors (GMP-Bereich) einschliesslich SicherheitsverfahrenKommunikation mit externen Partnern für den Einkauf von neuen Materialien und GeräteSensibilisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des GMPFührung von Räumlichkeiten und Labors nach GMP-RichtlinienQualifikationen Wen wir suchen: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in verwandter Disziplin (Bereich Pharma, Biotechnologie oder Lebensmittel)Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im hygienischen und/oder sterilen Arbeiten oder Bachelor Abschluss in verwandter Disziplin (FH oder Uni)Fliessende Deutsche Kommunikation in Wort & Schrift, Englisch von grossem VorteilErfahrung mit Apparatetechnik von Vorteil (Chromatographie, Filtration, TFF, etc.)Arbeit im Tagesbetrieb Diese Stelle in Bern ist zunächst auf ca. 12 Monate befristet.
