Summary~Unterstützt alle Aktivitäten innerhalb der zugewiesenen Qualitätsabteilung. Trägt zur Implementierung, Wartung und Ausführung der zugewiesenen Qualitäts- und / oder Laborsysteme auf effektive und konforme Weise bei.
About the Role

Deine Hauptaetigkeiten:

~ Liefert technischen und/oder administrativen Spport für die Qualitätsorganisation.
~ Erfüllt einfache, routinemäßige und wiederholende Aktivitäten nach den Anweisungen des Vorgesetzten.
~ Befolgt die Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und/oder Labormethoden auf effektive und konforme Weise.
~ Bietet Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten (z. B. Berichte, Aufzeichnungen, Präsentationen).
~ Meldung von technischen Beschwerden / unerwünschten Ereignissen / Sonderfallszenarien im Zusammenhang mit Novartis-Produkten innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Erhalt
~ Verteilung von Vermarktungsmustern (falls zutreffend)
~Kundenzufriedenheit
~ Pünktlichkeitsrate
~ Arbeiten werden pünktlich nach angegebener Zykluszeit ausgeführt
~ Konsequente Einhaltung der GMP- und Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien sowie der Standardarbeitsanweisungen
