Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility infrastructure and production equipment.
• Supporting the development and implementation of facility maintenance plans and schedules.
• Collaborating with experienced engineers to manage contractors and vendors for facility-related projects and services.
• Assisting in conducting facility inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Participating in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Assisting with troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Providing support in developing maintenance procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Coordinating with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
• Assisting in developing and implementing EHS policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to kick-start their careers with us.
• Proactive in initiating improvement suggestions.
• Good communication skills, systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to participate in upskilling programs in order to obtain the necessary certifications and competencies.
• Display highest ethical and professional behavior.
• Willingness to work in Kulai, Johor.

• 5-day workweek with flexible hours.
