Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Healthcare Manager FR / GER en contrat permanent entre 80% et 100%, et basé(e) sur Genève ou Lausanne.

Notre client est une belle structure active sur l'ensemble de la Suisse sur l'assurance et la prévoyance.

Missions

  • Intégration au sein du département Healthcare ;
  • Gestion des absences courtes et longues durées de collaborateurs clients en collaboration d'une équipe expérimentée en assurance de personnes ;
  • Assurance d'une permanence téléphonique à disposition des assurés et des Ressources Humaines ;
  • Établissement et annonce des déclarations accident et maladie ;
  • Gestion du suivi administratif des certificats médicaux ;
  • Contrôle et suivi des décomptes d'indemnités d'assurance ;
  • Soutien des services Ressources Humaines et Direction en cas de cas complexes ;
  • Participation active à l'évolution et aux transformations de l'organisation du service ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation commerciale (CFC profil E ou M ou Maturité professionnel commerciale au minimum) ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Formation dans les assurances ou la prévoyance comme un atout ;
  • Expérience préalable dans un secrétariat et une réception ou idéalement une expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de cas dans le secteur des assurances maladie ou assurances de personnes en Suisse (perte de gain maladie et/ou LAA ou RH) ;
  • Fort intérêt pour les assurances maladies et les assurances de personnes ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue allemande à l'oral comme à l'écrit (minimum niveau B2) ;
  • Démonstration d'une grande motivation et d'une attitude positive ;
  • Appréciation des contacts humains ;
  • Envie d'apprendre, de s'investir et volonté de s'engager ;
  • Avoir un intérêt pour le domaine des assurances sociales ;
  • Aisance sociale et orientation services ;
  • Bonne capacité d'organisation, rigueur, flexibilité et dynamisme ;
  • Personnalité à l'aise dans la communication et aimant travailler en équipe.
