Was du bewegst

  • Rechtliche Betreuung und Durchführung von Immobilientransaktionen des eigenen Immobilienportfolios
  • Betreuung und Ansprechperson von internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Ämter, Notare, Banken und Investoren) über den gesamten Prozess der Immobilientransaktionsabwicklung
  • Ausarbeitung der für eine Immobilientransaktion erforderlichen Verträge (insb. Kaufverträge und Urkunden zum Vertragseintritt) und Durchführung von Beurkundungen
  • Unterstützung des Real Estate Acquisition and Investment Management Department bei der Bestimmung der Transaktionskosten
  • Rechtliche Unterstützung in der Vorbereitung des Onlineauftritts von Immobilienanlagen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung der für den Liegenschaftserwerb erforderlichen Vertragsunterlagen der Investoren (z.B. Vertragsbedingungen Geschäftsführung und Immobilien Asset-Management sowie die entsprechende Nutzungs- und Verwaltungsordnung) sowie weiterer damit zusammenhängender Verträge
  • Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der bestehenden Immobilientransaktions-, Investorenbetreuungs- und Liegenschaftsverwaltungsprozesse

Was bringst du mit

  • Bachelor-/oder Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht (Uni/FH) oder höhere Weiterbildung im Rechtsgebiet
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
  • Freude und Interesse an Immobilien rechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeitet genau und speditiv mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gewandt im Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Flexibler Teamplayer, Koordinations- und Organisationstalent

Job Summary

Du bist ein Teil des Transaction Management Teams und bist im Wesentlichen für die rechtliche Betreuungen sowie Durchführung von Immobilientransaktionen verantwortlich. Als koordinative Stelle zwischen Real Estate Investment Management, Relationship Management und Real Estate Asset Management sowie allen weiteren in die Transaktion involvierten externen Stellen bist du die Hauptansprechperson für diverse Crowdhouse Immobilientransaktionen.
