Your responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules so that project time lines are reflecting information from different Workstreams and ensuring that such information are coordinated and logically connected.
  • Establish interface milestones with the CAPEX Schedule to ensure that every slippage or deviation in the CAPEX schedule is capture and reflected in the ORP Schedule
  • Facilitate project scheduling meetings and/or interactive planning meetings as required by the project team
  • Actively participate to Risk Meeting and support in the impact assessment of the most critical ones.
  • Develop Progress Reporting System
  • Establish, Coordinates and facilitate workshops for collecting input from Workstream and coordinate with Capex Scheduler.
  • Resource (Labor) schedule loading, to represent the labor resources Workload required from internal and external teams to meet target dates.
  • Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule
  • Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a periodic basis (monthly, bimonthly)
  • Monitor schedule deviations and root cause analysis and support to develop corrective action, escalating roadblocks or risks that could impact the timeline.


Your background:

  • Competency using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience 4+ years in Operation Start up in Pharma Business, 10+ years of experience in planning in Large Capex Projects (above 20 MIO CHF) and preferably experience.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to conduct analysis of complex/large data sets, draw conclusions accordingly, and prepare and support decisions.Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software in the area of cost controlling and Excel.
