CLM Onboarding Officer - Zurich

Our mission is to provide our Clients with a smooth and efficient Onboarding and Change of Circumstance experience. As part of the Client Lifecycle Management Onboarding team (CLM OB), you will be responsible for processing account openings, adhering to regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards and be able to prioritise in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Your Mission :

Analysis of account opening documentation for individuals and legal entities in line with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and internal guidelinesPerform due diligence checks including CDB, KYC, AML, Crossborder and Tax (FATCA, CRS, VAT, stamp duty, UKRND)For eligible cases, end-to-end processing of account opening, including analysing and validating KYC, performing screening (Lexis Nexis, Pythagoras, etc.) and validating the risk scoreProvide clear guidance to front office teams on assessments relating to material and formal aspects of account openings and linked changes in circumstancesAct as a CLM OB ambassador when liaising with the tax, compliance, legal teams and stakeholdersProvide consistent assessments to a high standard and be detail and solutions orientedAbility to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and meet objectives

Desired Profile :

University degree (preferably in law) and/or recognised certification in compliance (an asset)At least 5 years' experience in the fieldVery good knowledge of CDB, LBA, FATCA, CRS, Crossborder and SuitabilityProblem solving skills and a can do attitudeDemonstrate commitment, flexibility, adaptability and interpersonal skillsMultidisciplinary and organisational skillsStrong team spirit with the ability to collaborateFluency in spoken and written English and German, another language would be an assetDomicile in Switzerland
