  • Im Aussendienst unseres Vertriebs in Deutschland evaluierst, pflegst und baust du eine nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehung mit bedeutenden Partnerschaften im Segment Großvermittler-Verbindungen auf
  • Dabei entwickelst du die zu betreuenden Partnerschaften und deren Geschäftsfelder strategisch wie konzeptionell weiter
  • Die Planung, Durchführung und das Monitoring der Marktbearbeitung liegt ebenso in deinen Händen
  • Deine Kunden haben spezifische Vorhaben? Du leitest partnerspezifische Projekte. Dabei vertrittst du die Partnerbedürfnisse in den internen Arbeitsgruppen
  • Du hast sehr gute Zugänge zu Großverbindungen im Bereich der Lebensversicherung in Deutschland
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Lebensversicherungsbranche mit
  • Dich erfüllt unsere Vision Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, mehr Wohlstand zu sichern
  • Deine Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Versicherung, VBV Versicherungsfachmann/-frau hast du abgeschlossen oder verfügst über Vergleichbares mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Partnerschaften und Geschäftsfeldern
  • Du bist eine gewinnende, offene Persönlichkeit, die Freude an der Pflege von Beziehungen zu verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern hat
  • Dein Herz schlägt für Vertrieb und Digitalisierung
  • Du hast Freude an unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
  • Du siehst Lösungen, empathisch und kundenzentriert
  • Neben Deutsch sprichst du auch sicher Englisch
