Unsere Linearführungen, Messsysteme, Zahnstangen, Lineartische, und Positioniersysteme sind äusserst wichtige Bestandteile von Maschinen und Anlagen mit denen Handys, Computer, Bildschirme, Solaranlagen sowie Medizinische Geräte hergestellt werden.Sie arbeiten als Product Owner in einer agilen Organisation, welche die Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen, hochdynamischen und hochgenauen Mehrachsensysteme verantwortet; Dies von der Konzepterstellung bis zur Serienreife. Sie überprüfen, koordinieren und priorisieren alle notwendigen Aufgaben, um die definierte Mission des Squad zu erfüllen.
Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Kommunikation und Drehscheibe zu allen Stellen, vor Ort, beim Kunden (international) und am Hauptsitz
  • Prüfen, präzisieren und verhandeln der Spezifikationen für die anzubietenden Systeme, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf und dem Kunden
  • Erarbeiten von Konzepten im Squad (Projektteam), für welche erste Berechnungen und Analysen durchgeführt werden
  • Erstellen von Risikoanalysen (FMEA, PFMEA) in Absprache mit übergreifenden Abteilungen (Qualität, Fertigung, Montage, etc.)
  • Für die definierte Mission terminliche, technische und kommerzielle Gesamtverantwortung im Squad
  • Unterstützung der Verkaufs- und Betriebs- Organisation in der Angebotsphase
  • Planen, verfolgen und umsetzen der Projekte mit Hilfe interner Prozessabläufe
  • Leiten von Design Reviews und Projektkoordinationssitzungen intern und extern
  • Erstellen, aktualisieren und überwachen der Projektplanung inkl. kommerzieller und terminlicher Anpassungen
  • Dokumentieren und präsentieren der Arbeiten intern und beim Kunden
Ihr Profil
  • Studienabschluss als Ingenieur FH bzw. Bachelor Niveau oder höher
  • Betriebliches Grundwissen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von internationalen Kundenprojekten, idealerweise als PO in einer agilen Organisation
  • Technisches Interesse in Mechanik, Elektrotechnik, Antriebs- und Regelungstechnik
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturiert, aber flexibel im agilen Umfeld
  • Überzeugender Auftritt
  • Lösungsorientiert und erfolgsfokussiert
