Here at Cartier Saint-Moritz we are expanding our family by looking for a highly organized, precise and pro-active Operations Supervisor.

This position will be based in our Saint-Moritz's Boutique for a full-time fixed term of 1-year, starting ASAP.

YOU WILL BE

Actively contributing to the success of your boutique. Your experience allows you to take an important part in the operational and administrative aspects of the boutique, enhancing the performance of the Back Office Team, the client experience and a positive boutique environment.

He/she will have the opportunity to grow to the role of Operations Supervisor, proven his/her successful performance.

Main boutique operations responsibilities

  • Participate in all operational activities of the boutique (back office and administration)
  • Ensure proper understanding and execution of all Maison policies and procedures within the boutique
  • Guarantee the application and reliability of all financial procedures
  • Be the warrant of the accuracy of the cash-desk reports
  • Guarantee the application of all stock procedures
  • Take part in all inventories (annual counts, cycle counts and spot counts)
  • Take part to the yearly boutique audit
  • Participate in all operations related to Ecom/Omni Channel/New Retail within the boutique
  • Oversee the boutique maintenance by liaising & creating strong bonds with the Store Design Team
  • Act as a referent for Retail systems and digital tools towards the boutique team and different local and central departments
  • Help to coordinate boutique staff scheduling and overtime to ensure smooth operation at all time

For people development:

  • Ensure an efficient onboarding and induction of newcomers of administrative boutique team
  • Be resourceful in finding solutions and seek new ways to engage the administrative team into the "New Retail"

To support boutique management :

  • Actively work with the Management team to think of new ways of working in your domain and in our customer flows to reduce the client waiting time, improving the client facing time and the perception of such time
  • Participate in the definition of the boutique strategy and vision hand in hand with the Boutique Management
  • Help with the implementation of the boutique action plans
  • Understand and be aware of future trends of the luxury industry

YOU ARE

  • Currently having 5 years' experience in handling back-office activities in a Luxury retail store
  • Having an intrapreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and creativity
  • Having excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers
  • Having a strong leadership and managerial skills to organize, animate a team with genuine values of inclusivity and trust
  • Extremely rigorous, organized and results oriented
  • Able to take initiatives
