Key Responsibilities:

  • As Product & Solutions Partner Oncology for Breast cancer, responsible for developing long-term business relationships with customers in the central region of Switzerland.
  • Drive sales by understanding customers' needs and ensuring the best customer experience with Novartis priority brand.
  • Assume ownership for the healthcare ecosystem, promoting priority portfolio products, and co-creating services with medical practitioners.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset to achieve faster access and better patients' outcomes.
About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Have in-depth understanding of scientific data, therapeutic area, market, customers, and competitors.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, strategy, key messages, and market intelligence.
  • Analyze market situation, competitors, and local market access.
  • Develop business plans and patient journeys to address identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree in Health Science, Medicine, or Economics.
  • Fluent in German and business fluent in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss market and competitors.
  • Established network with target customers.
