Product Manager Restorative (m/w/d) 100%

Tätigkeiten

  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Management des zugeteilten Portfolios auf strategischer und operativer Ebene
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung der Produktstrategie, basierend auf der Segment- und Unternehmensstrategie
  • Überwachung des gesamten Produktelebenszyklus von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung und darüber hinaus inkl. Treffen notwendiger Massnahmen
  • Realisierung von Produkt-Marketing- und Schulungsunterlagen zusammen mit der Marketing-Kommunikations-Abteilung
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing-Kommunikation, Vertrieb sowie allfälligen Third Parties
  • Generierung und Einbringen von Ideen in den Ideation Prozess, basierend auf Markt-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen

Anforderungen

  • Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder dentalmedizinische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil, idealerweise branchennah
  • Starke analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Interesse an den Themen Dentalmedizin und/oder Kosmetik
  • Stil- und verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bereitschaft für internationale Reisetätigkeit (ca. 10-20%)
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in der Teamführung
