Responsibilities
- Meet production and service deadlines
- Post-specific organization (ordering, supervision of subordinates)
- Create new desserts, petit fours, and chocolates
- Stay updated on pastry trends
- Potentially support other stations
- Adherence to operational guidelines and processes
- Highest quality awareness, equally focused on cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Implementation, compliance, and control of HACCP guidelines
Profile

Chef Pâtissier.
You are someone who:
- is open and friendly and can communicate in DE or EN
- enjoys variety and working in a team
- has creativity in their blood and expresses it on the plate
- considers precision and perfection as a given
- has gathered experience in the gourmet sector
