Die e-domizil AG hat sich in den letzten Jahren in der Schweiz als führende Online-Vermittlerin von Ferienhäusern und Ferienwohnungen positioniert und arbeitet eng mit den Schweizer Tourismusdestinationen (DMOs) zusammen.

Als Teil der HomeToGo-Gruppe sind wir zugleich auch Teil des weltweit größten Online-Marktplatzes für Ferienhäuser und -wohnungen. Unsere Büros verteilen sich auf die Standorte Zürich, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf und Münster.

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Zürich nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Travel Agent (m/w/d) 60 – 80%

Das erwartet Dich...

...tagtäglich Auskünfte über die Angebote und Leistungen der e-domizil in den drei Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch (telefonisch und per E-Mail) erteilen.

den Verkauf am Telefon forcieren.

Drehscheibe zwischen Mietern, Vermietern, Vertriebspartner und Tourismusdestinationen agieren.

...tagtäglich unsere betriebseigene Web-Buchungstechnologie anwenden, um Buchungsanfragen und Kundenbuchungen inklusive Stornierungen und Umbuchungen abzuwickeln.

...Kundenreklamationen entgegennehmen und versuchen, für den Kunden und den Vermieter eine bestmögliche Lösung zu finden.

unsere bei e-domizil registrierten Vermieter (telefonisch, per E-Mail und über Co-Browsing System) betreuen.

Wir wünschen uns von Dir...

...Erfahrung in der Reisebranche ist von Vorteil oder Du bist Quereinsteiger mit Verkaufserfahrung.
(ein 100% Pensum ist nach Absprache möglich)

freundlichen und kompetenten Auftritt mit gepflegten Umgangsformen.

...fliessendes und korrektes Schweizerdeutsch sowie gute Französischkenntnisse. Kenntnisse der englischen und/oder italienischen Sprache sind von Vorteil.

...Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie das Du in turbulenten Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf bewahren kannst.

...«Hands-on Mentalität». Kundenorientiertes Handeln, flexibel bleiben und positiv denken ist Deine Devise.

...IT-Affinität und Du kannst mehrere Systeme / Programme gleichzeitig bedienen.
