  • Beratung der Mitarbeiter der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG zu Compliance Fragen mit den Schwerpunkten Antikorruption, Kartellrecht und Vertriebsmittlerverträge
  • Implementierung von Compliance Anforderungen in die Geschäftsprozesse der Division
  • Durchführung von Compliance Schulungen in den vorgenannten Schwerpunkten
  • Kontroll-, Berichts- und Überprüfungstätigkeiten von Compliance-Sachverhalten (z.B. Geschäftspartnerprüfung)
  • Überarbeitung und Neuerstellung von Richtlinien und Regelwerken im Rahmen der Gesetzgebung und übergeordneten Richtlinien
  • Integritäts- und Risikoprüfungen von Geschäftspartnern in Bezug auf individuelle Businesscases und aktuelle Vorhaben der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG
  • Prüfung von Grossprojekten im Hinblick auf mögliche Compliance-Risiken
  • Unterstützung des Compliance Officers bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Programms
  • Bearbeitung von Compliance-Fällen, inkl. Sachverhaltsaufklärung und Erstellung von Abschlussberichten
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder BWL oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und souveränes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeit zur Erfassung von Compliance-Risiken
  • Besonderes Mass an persönlicher Integrität
