Wir sind das erste Hyatt Regency der Schweiz im CIRCLE am Flughafen Zürich. Das Hotel hat 255 Zimmer und Suiten und das Circle Convention Center ist direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden. Es umfasst über 2800 Quadratmeter flexible Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsräume und kann bis zu 1500 Gäste empfangen. Mehr Infos gibt's hier –

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Auf - und Abbau der Veranstaltungsräume, der Buffets und Kaffeepausen
  • Unterstützen und Überwachen des Services
  • Führung des Services in Abwesenheit des/der Bankettserviceleiter/In oder dessen/deren Stellvertreter
  • Den Gästen Auskunft über die in der Karte angebotenen Produkte geben und passende Empfehlungen machen
  • Tatkräftiger Verkauf von Speisen und Getränken
  • Die jeweils richtige Servicemethode bei allen Mahlzeiten beherrschen und dadurch ein Vorbild für die anderen Servicemitarbeiter sein
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Veranstaltungen
  • Vollständige Beherrschung des Infrasys Kassensystem
