Am Standort Visp wird ein Process Engineer Logistics (m/w/d) gesucht. In dieser Position werden Sie durch Ihre fachliche, unternehmerische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten die Umsetzung der Produktionsplanung unter Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen gewährleisten. Sie stellen den gesamten Ablauf des Materialmanagements in den Ibex-Produktionseinheiten sicher und sind für die betriebsinterne Endprodukt-Lagerung inklusive Cold Chain verantwortlich. Sie sind zusätzlich verantwortlich für das MES Materialmanagement und Equipmenttracking und bearbeiten hier die MES-Schnittstellen zum SAP und LIMS. Sie koordinieren die Verwiegeaufträge im Abgleich mit der Produktionsplanung und stellen die Daten für die Kostenüberwachungen der Projekte bereit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zuständigkeit für das Materialmanagement im IBEX
  • Koordination des Wareneingangs, der Material- und Sonderfreigaben
  • Zuständigkeit für die Erfassung und Pflege der Logistikdaten im MES-System.
  • Verantwortlich für die betriebsinterne Produktlagerung und Cold Chain, sowie für die Versandplanung und Versandorganisation
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Shipping Agreements
  • Repräsentation des Verantwortungsbereiches in Kundenaudits und Behördeninspektionen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Berufsaus- / Weiterbildung zum Logistikfachmann (EFZ, EBA); BS Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Logistiker im GMP-Umfeld
  • IT Kenntnisse (Office, SAP, Trackwise, DMS)
  • Einwandfreie Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Team- und Sozialkompetenz
