Für unser Kompetenzzentrum bei ABB Traction in Turgi suchen wir einen flexiblen und hoch motivierten Control Software Engineer zur Verstärkung unseres multidisziplinären Engineering-Teams. Wenn Sie gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeiten, Traktionsanwendungssoftware für eine breite Palette von Fahrzeugen wie Straßenbahnen, Lokomotiven, Züge, Busse oder Bergbau-LKWs entwickeln, technische Herausforderungen und Kundenorientierung \"mischen\" möchten, ist diese Gelegenheit genau das Richtige für Sie

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Sie entwickeln Steuerungssoftware für Kundenprojekte für Traktionsumrichter und Batteriespeichersysteme von der Definition der Softwareanforderungen bis zur Betriebsfreigabe auf dem Endsystem
  • Sie erstellen und aktualisieren die Softwaredokumentation entsprechend den definierten Standards und Zulassungsanforderungen
  • Sie testen und beheben Softwarefehler in verschiedenen Umgebungen wie Echtzeitsimulator, Labor und schließlich am Fahrzeug
  • Sie unterstützen die Inbetriebnahme sowohl vor Ort als auch aus der Ferne. Für diese Tätigkeiten sind Sie bereit, zwischen 20 und 30 % der Zeit zu reisen
  • Sie leisten technische Unterstützung für Ihre Kollegen, für andere Fachbereiche und für den Kunden während der Projektentwicklung, der Labortests, der Zulassung, der Inbetriebnahme und des Service

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Regelungstechnik, Informatik oder einem gleichwertigen Studiengang und Kenntnisse in der Umrichter- und Leistungselektronik sind von Vorteil
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der SW-Entwicklung für Regelungstechnik, Signalverarbeitung, Algorithmen und Echtzeit-Programmiermechanismen mit
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit IEC Programmiersprachen (CODESYS) sowie mit SW Versionierungstools (SVN, Git) und bringen eine gut strukturierte Herangehensweise zur Erstellung von qualitativ hochwertiger Software und Dokumentation mit
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit Kommunikationsprotokollen und Feldbussen (CAN, TRDP, J1939, MVB, ...)
  • Sie sind in der Lage, eng mit einem multidisziplinären Team zusammenzuarbeiten, lernen schnell und stellen sich gerne neuen Herausforderungen
  • Sie bringen einen kreativen und lösungsorientierten Ansatz mit und verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in englischer Sprache (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
