Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Back End Engineering team at Axetris AG as a Process Engineer.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Wafer Dicing and Pick&Place processes and related equipment
  • Develop and optimize new and existing processes
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve process issues
  • Specify, evaluate, install, and qualify new systems and equipment
  • Provide 2nd-level support for equipment and process problems in production

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Microengineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field)
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing in a similar role
  • Proven expertise in MEMS manufacturing technologies and/or semiconductor production
  • Proficiency in German and English is required
  • High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
