YOUR DAY TO DAYAs (Senior) IT Solution Expert clinical you have the opportunity to contribute to key IT projects aimed at supporting our researchers to bring us closer to a smoke-free future.
Most of such projects leverage health data (clinical trials or RWE) collected and analysed with the highest regulatory and privacy standards using latest technologies.
Bringing your IT expertise, you will be helping the project teams to understand the business needs and translate them into the IT Project requirements, support the implementation of such solutions, build future supporting operational processes.
You will be the interface between various external solution providers and our researchers.You will manage a vision for the evolution of clinical IT solutions or portfolios of solutions so they would be ultimately help PMI to deliver a smoke-free future.
You will assure realization of the systems vision by managing implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of IT clinical software solutions.
Your deep knowledge of the health evidence generation processes combined with your technical expertise will help spark innovations which more than at any other places will have best chance to flourish.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Biology or equivalent- Confirmed years) experience in the handling of health data for a pharmaceutical company, an hospital, an university or a combination- Ability to work in complex cross-functional teams environments.- Action-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to present complex ideas understandably both orally and in writing.- Ability to generate, embrace, and implement new ideas, approaches, or business models.Demonstrates creativity, risk taking, and a forward-thinking mindset with a focus on creating value and driving growth.- Deep understanding of Industry Specific Regulations (Validation, GxP, CFR21 part 11, etc) and Privacy (GDPR, etc) requirements- Professional level (writing and oral) in English, additional languages like French a plusOptional requirements- Software development experience- Project and/or service management qualification(s)- Experience working in the context of public-private health data related consortium.- FAIR data experience- Experience with Artificial IntelligenceUltimately, personality means more to us than skills.
