Für unseren Kunden, ein weltweit tätiges Industrieunternehmen bei Volketswil suchen wir eine kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als:

Customer Advisor %, m/w/d)

Ihr interessanter Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst u.a.:

  • Beratung von Kunden betr. Dienstleistungen und Produkten
  • Verkauf von Serviceverträgen und "upgrades"
  • Erstellen von Angeboten
  • Steuerung des Verkaufsprozesses
  • Kundenbetreuung / CRM (Telefonische, online sowie Kundenbesuche in der deutschen Schweiz)

Für diese Position bringen Sie folgendes Profil mit:

  • Kaufm. oder techn. Ausbildung mit Erfahrung / Affinität im kaufm. / techn. Bereich
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Service Sales / Inside Sales
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Suite, SAP und Salesforce von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen (ca. 20%)
