For a dynamic online company we're looking for a Logistic Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee both the strategic
and operational aspects of the logistics operations.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for:

managing the logistics team, coordinating with various departments including Procurement, Marketing, Customer Service, and Financeensuring efficient and effective distribution of products to customers.Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and
operational efficiency.Analyse and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.Design and set up the new distribution and logistics centersEstablish KPIs and metrics to measure and improve logistics performance.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics and
supply chain operations.Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures for logistics operations.Manage risks associated with logistics activities, including transportation delays and inventory discrepancies.
qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Proven experience in both strategic planning and operational execution in logistics.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in logistics software and technologies.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
