Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Unternehmertyp arbeitest du gemeinsam mit uns am Erfolg von memox und leitest mit viel Einsatzbereitschaft und Führungsstärke die Location.
  • Du unterstützt den Senior Location Manager und vertritts ihn in seiner Abwesenheit.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner/in für alle Anfragen und sorgst für einen perfekten Ablauf der Veranstaltungen.
  • Als leidenschaftliche/r Gastgeber/in stellst du stets die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden dar.
  • Du unterstützt operativ die Location und bist verantwortlich für Teamführung, Ressourcenbeschaffung, Set-up der Räume, sowie Kostenkontrolle.
  • Mit hohem Anspruch sicherst du das Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen mit, sorgst für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und entwickelst Standards.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Lehre oder Studium im Bereich Hotel/Gastronomie/MICE und hast einige Jahre Berufs- sowie Führungserfahrung.
  • Budgets, Forecasts und Revenue sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
  • Gastronomisches und hygienisches Verständnis ist ein relevanter Pluspunkt.
  • Du hast keine Angst vor Veränderungen und bist bereit, Fehler zu machen und daraus zu lernen.
  • Dein unternehmerisches Denken verbindet sich mit Vertriebsstärke, Beratungs- und Networking-Kompetenz.
  • Mitarbeiterführung und Motivation zählen zu deinen Stärken und du fungierst als Vorbild.
  • Du glänzt als ausgezeichnete/r Gastgeber/in mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsmentalität.
  • Mit deinen Kunden und Kundinnen kommunizierst du schriftlich und mündlich versiert in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du liebst die Hands-On Mentalität und packst mit an.
