PROCESS ENGINEER

Ihre Verantwortung:

  • Verantwortlich für das Systemengineering der Anlagen und für das Sicherstellen der Anlagenfunktionalität
  • Verfahrenstechnisches Konfigurieren der Anlagen gemäss den Kundenanforderungen unter Berücksichtigung von
    Normen und Firmenstandards
  • Erarbeiten der Prozesskalkulationen hinsichtlich Massenströmen, Wärmeübertragungen und
    Sicherheitseinrichtungen
  • Spezifizieren von Komponenten, Instrumenten und Apparaten
  • Erstellen von funktionalen Spezifikationen der Anlagensteuerung hinsichtlich der Operationen,
    Regelkreise und Alarme
  • Erstellen der anlagenbezogenen Risikoanalysen gemäss der Maschinenrichtlinie und CE-Anforderungen
  • Bearbeiten der Design Reviews und Prüfprotokollen zur Sicherstellung aller Projekt- und Kundenanforderungen
  • Teilnehmen an Projektbesprechungen mit unseren Kunden
  • Durchführen der Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme-Tests im Haus und teils beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Aktualisieren, Kontrollieren und Archivieren von Engineering-Dokumenten
  • Vorbereiten, Durchführen und Überwachen der Abnahme zur Erfüllung der CE-Konformität hinsichtlich
    Druckgeräterichtlinie
  • Mitarbeit an internen Entwicklungsprojekten und Firmenstandards

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Hochschulabschluss FH oder gleichwertige Qualifikationen im Bereich Technik oder Ingenieurwesen
    (Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Biotechnologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Chemie)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verfahrenstechnik und im Anlagenengineering
  • Kenntnisse in Hygienedesign und Anwendung der ASME BPE sind von Vorteil
  • Einige Jahre Erfahrung als Process Engineer im Bereich Anlagenbau / Lebensmittel
  • Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit lösungsorientiertem Denken und Handeln
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft (von wenigen Tagen bis zu mehreren Wochen)
