der Entwicklung von Verständnis, Einstellungen und Fähigkeiten, die sie beim Einsatz für eine gerechtere und
friedlichere Welt benötigen.
Für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Zürich suchen wir ab Juni 2024

Support Koordinator*in (70%)

Ihre Aufgaben in dieser Position:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Gastschüler*innen und Gastfamilien sowie von Eltern, deren Kind im

Ausland ist, bei Herausforderungen und Krisen während des Austauschs

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit (Begleitung, Coaching und Weiterbildung) für ehrenamtliche Betreuungspersonen

in der ganzen Schweiz

  • Vernetzung und Kooperation mit den Partnerorganisationen im Ausland bei Herausforderungen und

Krisen während des Austausches

  • Erwartungsmanagement und Konfliktlösung
  • Back-up für Notfälle ausserhalb der Büroöffnungszeiten
  • Fallführung und Dokumentation
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Vorbereitungs-Anlässen für Eltern und Gastfamilien
  • Stellvertretung innerhalb des Support-Teams bei Abwesenheiten

Für diese vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe braucht es:

  • Erfahrung im Führen lösungsorientierter Gespräche und im Krisenmanagement
  • Berufserfahrung in Administration und Koordination von komplexen Zusammenhängen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch, Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Gute IT- und Datenbank-Kenntnisse (als Anwender/in)
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und vernetztes Denken
  • Empathie und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Flexibilität, überdurchschnittliche Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in einer internationalen Volunteer-Organisation von Vorteil
